    Stuff that is already known to me from learning from Primary/Secondary school however, it seems like it does not talk about tricks about falling asleep that might work in a minority of people but it talks about majority only

    a lot of these are my problems when trying to sleep i didn’t know there was so many problems with sleeping

    Try quitting caffeine entirely to understand the impact it is having.
    Try having a hot shower or bath before bed if you do not feel tired.
