Professionally printed guides are available to purchase: £1.00 each plus 20% postage/packaging.

For orders up to £200, we will add 20% to the total of your purchase. For orders of £200 and above, please email selfhelpguides@cntw.nhs.uk for shipping costs.

Please note that we can only post to addresses in the UK.

Individuals

Individuals who do not have access to a printer can request up to three different guides free of charge. Please email pic@cntw.nhs.uk with your full name, address and titles of the three guides you'd like.

Anyone from an organisation (including NHS) must purchase the guides.
