One in six of us will experience mental ill health with anxiety and depression being the most diagnosed. At some point in our lives, it is likely we will experience a mental health problem, whether that be personally, with a family member, friend or work colleague.
As an NHS provider of mental health services we recognise the importance of providing support for those who are living with mental health conditions. That's why we're pleased to offer our range of self help guides which have been developed by NHS clinical psychologists with extensive experience in treating mental health conditions. Our team of psychologists have the clinical knowledge and expertise to create evidence-based strategies and interventions aimed at promoting mental well-being.
Additionally, our guides have benefited from contributions from service users and healthcare staff, ensuring that they reflect real-life experiences and incorporate diverse perspectives.
Our self help guides provide a unique opportunity for organisations to provide support to others, whether that be their staff, their students, their patients or clients, using their own branding as well as aligning with the trusted NHS brand.
Our website features a modern, fresh look and feel, designed to enhance user experience and accessibility. We are proud to be WCAG 2.2 compliant, ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
Users can interact with the guides directly on our website, typing into a guide and saving their own personalised version. This feature allows individuals to tailor the content to their specific needs and preferences.
Costs
A 12 month licence, for 22 self help guides, which includes set up, maintenance, hosting fee and analytics.
Voluntary sector, Public sector, charity, NHS Trust - £3,750
Commercial sector, university - £4,500
Additional bolt-ons to your website:

22 BSL videos - £600
All prices above are excluding VAT.
If the agreement is with another NHS Health Organisation in England VAT will not be charged.
If the agreement is between a Central Government Organisation or any organisation that is not part of the English NHS, VAT will be added to the total cost.
