As an NHS provider of mental health services we recognise the importance of providing support for those who are living with mental health conditions. That's why we're pleased to offer our range of self help guides which have been developed by NHS clinical psychologists with extensive experience in treating mental health conditions. Our team of psychologists have the clinical knowledge and expertise to create evidence-based strategies and interventions aimed at promoting mental well-being.
Additionally, our guides have benefited from contributions from service users and healthcare staff, ensuring that they reflect real-life experiences and incorporate diverse perspectives.

A 12 month licence (for use by/within a single organisation) for 22 self help guides, which includes set up, maintenance, hosting fee and analytics:
- NHS Trust, charity, voluntary and public sector: £3,750
- University and education sector: £4,500
- Commercial, private sector and multi-organisation: tailored quote according to requirements
Optional bolt-ons (additional charge applies, per year):

All prices above are excluding VAT.
If the agreement is with another NHS Health Organisation in England VAT will not be charged.
If the agreement is between a Central Government Organisation or any organisation that is not part of the English NHS, VAT will be added to the total cost.
