    I’m really struggling with all of the symptoms of health anxiety mentioned above but reading this has helped me to see it’s probably not real illness but just anxiety. I’ve a long way to go to improve but this has helped today.

    Found the checklists helpful to identify the problems I am having, however I have given three stars because I was concerned that the suggested "balanced thoughts" were slightly lacking in compassion, unkind and invalidating - asking people to tell themselves they're wasting their own time even having these thoughts and taking a "tough love" approach could make some people feel worse and introduce shame to their feelings. I didn't think this was appropriate.
