    I gained a fruitful information regarding depression and low mood. This information encourages me to understand on self support where I could engage with with positive thoughts, leave negatives and ensure to be involved in activities to disrupt the plenty time of thinking or being lonely. I walk a lot, I listen to music, I connect to social media and listen different advices and scriptures. This initiative enhances a positive mood and positive self.

    Combining this with the guide on anxiety and with the online CBT I will be doing I will be implementing a plan with all these options and start to implement them making slow changes so as not to be overwhelmed
