I found that this guide covered all the main aspects of abuse in a really clear, caring and sympathetic way. There is no negative judgement here, that is so important. I also appreciated that advice is given on how to change behaviour. Some counselling relies too much on your finding your own solutions, I appreciate the positive approach here and return to this guide often. One main takeaway is that my needs are also important and should be taken into account by myself and others. Thank you for this really great guide.

Think guide was good and some parts of it I identified with. Think complx PTSD could of been explained in more detail and maybe the help/support lines could of been at beginning of guide. I didn't do any of the written exercises as I didn't feel I needed too but some people may want to and although there was bit of a warning that it might be triggering, think that needs to be explained more. i.e, please proceed with caution, please don't start looking , delving into this if it is the first time you have started looking at your own experiences, please do this with a trained proffesional, etc...
