Printed guides - branded Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust

Individuals who do not have access to a printer can request up to three guides free of charge. Please email pic@cntw.nhs.uk Please note that we can only post to addresses in the UK.

Professionally printed guides are available to purchase. 
Self help guide - £1.00 each plus 20% postage and packaging.

For all UK orders up to £200, we will add 20% to the total of your purchase (minimum £1, maximum £50).

For UK orders of £200 and above a cheaper delivery rate of 10% will apply to your order (maximum £50) 100+ copies

Individuals

For orders of more than three guides 

Cheque – send cheque payable to Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust – send to: Patient Information Centre, St Nicholas Hospital, Jubilee Road, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3XT (please include your name, address and a list of the guides you want to order)

Paypal - Complete the order form and select the Paypal button to pay for your order. Please do not select the Submit button.

Please note that we can only post to addresses in the UK.

Organisations

Can be invoiced (orders must be over £5 to raise an invoice) – please email your Purchase Order number to selfhelpguides@cntw.nhs.uk
