    Advice seems ok, but I need to try get i to a good routine.

    I think this is good for people that may be suffering with a bout of insomnia but I hate struggled with sleep my whole life even as a child and now 47 I get sleep paralysis and night terrors and have tried every trick in the book to be honest !

    Stuff that is already known to me from learning from Primary/Secondary school however, it seems like it does not talk about tricks about falling asleep that might work in a minority of people but it talks about majority only
