    I will try everything suggested in this guide. A few of the recommendations I was following already, but others were new to me - eg. setting aside a designated 'worry period' during the day. At the moment I think it would be very difficult to set worries aside until the 'worry period' as I worry constantly throughout the day, but I will definitely give it a try.
