    Guide provides logical reasoning for how you feel and how to respond is good, however, reading this when calm I’m not sure how this will work when I am feeling my emotions/ fears/ symptoms and if I am able to do the self correction thoughts. I will try to though.

    I found excellent information, but I don't know what will work for me, given that In my case the threat seems real, I am in an extreme stressful situation, and after this now I started to panic if my physical health will be affected.
