    I found it helpful to read the tick list of symptoms, thoughts etc. as it showed me that I ticked almost all of them and that my health anxiety is severe and I now believe more that it’s anxiety and not something physically wrong.

    A valuable investment of time and thought.
    It confirmed my realization that a lot of issues are anxiety based but, in a simplistic sense, almost seemed to suggest to just stop worrying about your health. That is easier said than done bu, also, surely there is a balance that we should strive for between being 'healthily' aware of our bodies changing, and not overreacting to natural, normal changes.
    If guidance for achieving that was included, I'm not sure I picked it up.
