Having lost my husband of 56 years in September last year, I was looking for info after thinking I was 'turning the corner' as such.
I have noted a couple of books listed which I intend to follow up on.
I joined a Cruse online session, with there being no 1:1 opportunities in my area, which I found useful when being able to offload my thoughts and feelings with others and listening to how they too were coping. So I would recommend taking this into consideration as well.
Realising that my own very small family were also grieving in their own way, I have been greatly supported and helped by my church family and friends. Just a few of my thoughts hoping they might help as well.

It’s good to be reassured that grief affects everyone differently and it’s ok to take your time
