    This guide was absolutely helpful to me.
    It filled in the gaps of how I was feeling and how I was coping, made me look from the outside in while taking a step back and realising what my attitude was to others when they were trying to help me.
    Talking to my GP, family and friends really helped me in the end as I had isolated myself and wouldn't get help until I broke down.

    Seems to answer some of the way Iam feeling at the moment and has calmed me down and I don’t feel as anxious.
