Yes this gave me a better understanding of the different types of anxiety and some ways to try and overcome it. In my situation I still feel that there are too many factors which I have no control over and until some issues at work are resolved I am continuing to worry about them.

I think this is really good because you learn a lot more about yourself and things you thought were normal. Which give you reassurance and answers.

Pretty good overall, although getting me to type out anxious thoughts got me to focus on them again which could cause some people to ruminate on them and feel anxious again.
