    Very good and I found it helpful. To make it even better: in the "balanced thought" section there was no input box to do this and I felt this was a key part of the exercise. It would also be nice if the user could download a PDF with a copy of their answers. I filled out the document but now have no way of saving them for future reference, if this is possible it's not intuitive so I think it should be made more obvious
