Professionally printed copies of the guides are available to buy at £1.00 each.
- For orders up to £200: we will add 20% to the total of your order for postage and packing. This means one guide will cost £1.20.
- For orders over £200: please email selfhelpguides
@cntw.nhs.uk for shipping costs. We will need your name, contact number and the full delivery address.
Please note that we can only post to addresses in the UK.
Buying a printed guide covers the cost to print them, and also supports our Trust charity, Shine.
Individuals
