I was sceptical that reading something could make any difference, but for the first time I read something that seemed to be talking about my personal experience of panic/anxiety. Found it really helpful, and has made me think about my own responses to panic. Maybe I should challenge them as stated.

                    25/10/2025, 06:45 Guide provides logical reasoning for how you feel and how to respond is good, however, reading this when calm I’m not sure how this will work when I am feeling my emotions/ fears/ symptoms and if I am able to do the self correction thoughts. I will try to though.
