    Health anxiety has become very debilitating since my grandmother's death 5 years ago. I've become exhausted. It was a wake up call seeing how many of these habits apply to me. I was never like this before. The toll it's taken on my mental health has felt catastrophic.

    I found this guide really useful. I had an appointment with a mental health practitioner today who directed me towards this site. It helped me rationalise and understand why I have been feeling "off" and concerned about my health recently. I know that I will get better and see this as a phase in my life that will improve. I will use online tools and CBT to help strengthen my understanding and resilience.
