    I found this guide really useful. I had an appointment with a mental health practitioner today who directed me towards this site. It helped me rationalise and understand why I have been feeling "off" and concerned about my health recently. I know that I will get better and see this as a phase in my life that will improve. I will use online tools and CBT to help strengthen my understanding and resilience.

    I found it helpful to read the tick list of symptoms, thoughts etc. as it showed me that I ticked almost all of them and that my health anxiety is severe and I now believe more that it’s anxiety and not something physically wrong.
