    In General this is a good guide
    It all makes sense and is very easy
    to read . I have read many diet books
    following the same pattern
    I am just hoping that I will have the
    will power to eat less and exercise more
    now that my sugar level is on the edge
    I hope that will scare me enough to
    Lose some weight to lower it in the
    Nick of time . Also to like myself better
    with some weight off.
