    I feel this was a really in depth guide on what depression is and some of the ways you can challenge and help yourself I still do feel that until I find the root cause of my depression I will always be stuck in my cycle which has made life a lot harder but will 100% give some of these a go and it’s nice to read that it not all in my head and

    Very helpful information, took me awhile to read but 8 have a much better understanding and am going to try 1 or 2 list maybe even a journal to help me
