    Very useful, lots of helpful resources as well. It's a bit of an information overload at times but appreciate that you can come back to it and work on it in your own time. I also appreciate that people may need tailored help and resources so having links to specific aspects of anxiety are useful.

    The guide is very methodical and clearly sets a pathway to identify the various types of anxiety and a means to start trying to deal with it.
