    An excellent, easy to read resource. It gave me clarity and steps forward. Reading it immediately made me feel more settled in myself and gave me a sense of agency in moving forward. It was easy to read in one sitting and written in a way I can return to sections that resonated with me, or where I need to do some deeper focus. The links to further resources are plentiful and cover a range of anxiety help. This helps me know what it useful for me and has made it easier to plan my improvement journey. I will tell other people about this. I appreciate the care and consideration that has gone into this resource. I am grateful for my Doctor sending me this link off the back of a telephone appointment. It was timely and effective. I feel strength of mind returning again and hopeful that i will succeed in managing my anxiety - thank you

    Helpful information on both knowledge and practical techniques to deal with anxiety. Particularly like the sections where you write things down, makes things clearer in order to help yourself.

    For people who have little to no knowledge this is good but unfortunately I have tried these methods and I’m aware of anxiety so I feel this is just a source for people who haven’t already researched
