The guide has made me realise i can do it and help myself. By reading the words and carrying out some of the breathing and muscle tensing techniques i am beginning to see i can control my inner feelings.

Really helpful, I recognised lots of these traits in myself. I will practice the breathing and relaxing techniques and hopefully it'll calm me down and hopefully reduce the level of tension I have.
