                    01/09/2025, 18:42 Think guide was good and some parts of it I identified with. Think complx PTSD could of been explained in more detail and maybe the help/support lines could of been at beginning of guide. I didn't do any of the written exercises as I didn't feel I needed too but some people may want to and although there was bit of a warning that it might be triggering, think that needs to be explained more. i.e, please proceed with caution, please don't start looking , delving into this if it is the first time you have started looking at your own experiences, please do this with a trained proffesional, etc...
